Refund Policy
- Items purchased within the last 28 days are eligible for return
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a return
- Items must have all tags attached and remain in their original packaging
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons hand wraps, knuckle guards, caps and sweat suits are non refundable for a return
- We do not offer exchanges due to changing stock levels. We will happily give you a discount code for a repurchase though
- Return costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked or signed service and keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage
- Custom products are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Unless faulty, damaged or the wrong product has been given to you. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if this is the case.
- If you are returning from the EU, any duties that have incurred on your order upon arrival to us will be deducted from your refund
Returns Checklist
The item must comply with ALL of the below bullet points. If the product does not - you are not eligible for a refund.
- The product must be in the original packaging
- The product must be unworn (other than tried on)
- The product must not have been used for training or anything other than tried on. No dirt or grubbiness must be visible.
- The product must not have been washed
- The product was not purchased longer than 28 days ago
- You must include a note with your name and order number inside of the package. If you don't, we cannot identify your order to process your refund
- The item must have been purchased from www.alluresports.co.uk
- The item must be sent in the clear plastic bag the item came in, with your name and order number. Then put it inside of any mailing bag.
- It should be sent using a tracked method of postage, Allure Sports does not cover return postage and are not responsible for any losses during the return postage process.
Faulty, Wrong or Damaged Items
You must report any issues with your order within 5 days of receiving it
If you feel you have received a faulty or damaged product, please email support@alluresports.co.uk clearly stating your order number and the product you wish to report. If the product is deemed faulty at the discretion of Allure Sports, we will exchange, replace or offer site credit.
Please note, any general wear and tear will not be deemed as faulty or damaged
If you have received a custom item that you believe to be incorrect, please contact custom@alluresports.co.uk - You must be able to provide proof that the fault lies with Allure Sports and not the customer.
If you have received the wrong product in your order, please contact support@alluresports.co.uk providing proof of both the product received and your order number. Please note, our system will be checked to ensure the product claiming to be received is not from a previous order.
How do I return?
Please check our Refund Policy and Returns Checklist and ensure your product complies with both.
If it does, please email support@alluresports.co.uk stating your order number and name.

Custom Orders
Custom items are non returnable & non refundable. Designs cannot be changed once payment has been sent. Mock up designs are final once agreed between Allure Sports and the customer. Sizing on custom designs cannot be exchanged unless the wrong size was given to you, in which case Allure Sports will replace all goods free of charge.
You can exchange or have a replacement item if faulty (ripped, torn, wrong size was given, stitching has come apart) or if the wrong design than the confirmed mock up, was given. We must be informed within 5 days of you receiving your order. You are responsible for any import duties to be paid.
Christmas 2024 Returns
You have 15 days from 25th December to let us know if you want to return your order. Then an additional 15 days to send back your package. This applies to orders made on or after 15th November until 25th December. Orders placed 26th December, please refer to our standard refund policy
