Drop us an email at support@alluresports - stating your name and order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a solution or the returns address.
check the item
Ensure the item meets all criteria for a refund. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from marks or stains and in the original clear plastic bag. If the item does not meet this criteria - we cannot refund you.
Bag it up
Place your item inside of the clear plastic bag with a note including your name and order number. Then, put inside any mailing bag. Not including your order details will delay your refund. If we cannot identify the order, we will not process a refund.
Drop it off
Drop your item off as per your chosen couriers instructions.
