High split MMA shorts feature a high opening along the sides of the legs, allowing greater freedom of movement during training. The cut is designed to reduce fabric restriction through kicks, sprawls, scrambles and grappling.

Our OG shorts feature a structured, non-elasticated waistband with a Velcro closure and adjustable drawstring. The A1 range offers a lightweight, mid-thigh cut with an elasticated waistband. Our 2-in-1 high split designs add a built-in compression layer for extra coverage and support. Each range offers a different fit and feel, so you can find the right style for your training.

Your shorts should feel secure around the waist while allowing unrestricted movement through the legs. Sizing varies between our ranges: OG shorts have a non-elasticated waistband, while A1 and 2 in 1 styles offer an elasticated waist band fit.
