By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have permission from a parent or legal guardian

3. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase goods.

A legally binding contract is formed only when:

  • Payment has been successfully authorised, and

  • The order has been dispatched

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Cancel orders due to stock errors

  • Refuse orders suspected of fraud

  • Request additional verification before dispatch

If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse transactions that fail fraud prevention or verification checks.

We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruption

  • War or airspace closures

  • Local delivery network issues

  • Government restrictions

  • Industrial action

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.


6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customers must follow the documented returns process before seeking a refund.

Failure to follow the return procedure may result in refusal of refund.

Custom-made and personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.


7. Custom & Personalised Products

For custom or personalised items:

  • Customers are responsible for confirming sizing, spelling and design details before purchase.

  • Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom products are exempt from cancellation rights under applicable consumer regulations.

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.


8. Risk of Loss

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Carrier tracking confirmation (including GPS or signature confirmation where applicable) constitutes proof of fulfilment.


9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Interfere with website security

  • Use automated systems or scraping tools without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or block access for misuse.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, images, product designs, graphics and text is the intellectual property of Allure Sports LTD and Allure Sports.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allure Sports shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business opportunity

  • Delays outside our control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.


12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • War

  • Airspace closures

  • Customs restrictions

  • Supply chain disruption

  • Natural disasters

  • Government action

  • Carrier failures


13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact support@alluresports.co.uk before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

We maintain detailed transaction, delivery and communication records and reserve the right to formally challenge invalid or fraudulent disputes.

Initiating a chargeback for:

  • An item confirmed as delivered

  • A custom-made product

  • A delayed parcel due to circumstances outside our control

  • An item not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy

may constitute a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds in cases of fraudulent or abusive disputes.


14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for breach of these Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
