Yes. We offer the option to purchase a sample before proceeding with a bulk order. Sample pieces are charged at the standard single-item rate.

Should you decide to proceed with a bulk order afterwards, the difference in pricing can be deducted from your final order total.

If you are reordering an existing design or simply making minor changes, such as updating sponsor logos, you will not be required to pay another design deposit.

However, if you would like a completely new design created, a new design deposit will be required as this will be treated as a new project.

Yes, we can work from AI-generated concepts and inspiration images.

However, please note that we cannot guarantee an exact replica. To achieve the most accurate result possible, we require all logos and artwork in vector format, PNG or high-quality JPEG files.

Simply sending a mock-up generated by ChatGPT or another AI tool may not provide enough detail for an exact recreation. We will always aim to get as close as possible, but we ask that customers have realistic expectations regarding the final result.

To begin the design process, we require a £20 design deposit. That can be paid here

We will then need:

Our team will then create your initial mock-up.

Once you are happy with the design, we will finalise quantities and sizing before sending your full invoice. Production will begin once full payment has been received.
